Job Summary

As a Media Creative, you will shoot, direct, and support lighting and audio operations while collaborating on pre- and post-production tasks. You will also manage photo editing and photo booth services, contributing to impactful media productions.

Responsibilities

• Film videos for events and commercial productions to capture high-quality visual content
• Operate audio and lighting equipment to enhance video production and live streaming quality
• Manage live streaming equipment and workflows to ensure smooth broadcast delivery
• Plan, script, and storyboard video productions to align with creative and client objectives
• Edit and perform post-production on videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to produce polished final content
• Conduct photo shoots and edit images for events and commercial projects to meet client expectations
• Execute photo booth services to engage event attendees and provide memorable experiences
• Create graphic designs and provide art direction for photo and video productions to maintain visual consistency
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and fulfill project requirements effectively
• Manage digital files and perform administrative tasks to maintain organized project workflows

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Keen interest in the media industry to stay motivated and engaged with evolving trends
• Knowledge of Sony A7 series cameras to operate video equipment effectively
• Knowledge of Canon cameras to capture high-quality photographs
• Familiarity with lighting, audio equipment, and camera accessories to support production needs
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro for efficient post-production
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator to enhance photo and graphic content
• Ability to use initiative and common sense to identify and solve production challenges proactively

Other Information

• Start with 14 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day every 2 years up to 18 days per year
• Work environment based on trust and integrity
• Half-day off-in-lieu provided for Saturday or Sunday work
• Full day off-in-lieu provided for Public Holiday work
