1. Media Partnership & Agency Qualification Management
Lead the application, onboarding, maintenance, and annual renewal of agency/partner certifications for major global advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
Build and maintain agency qualifications for domestic advertising platforms such as ByteDance (Ocean Engine) and Tencent Ads.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform partner managers and channel managers to secure agency incentives, rebates, product resources, and beta program opportunities.
Monitor partnership policies of regional advertising platforms (e.g., VK, Kakao, LINE) and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
Analyze platform partnership models, rebate structures, payment terms, and qualification requirements to optimize the company's media partnership strategy.
2. Agency Business Operations
Develop agency business processes and client onboarding standards to support media buying and advertising services.
Manage media accounts, prepaid advertising funds, and security deposits, working closely with Finance on cash flow planning.
3. Team Development & Operational Excellence
Build and manage the media operations team, including training, performance management, and capability development.
Drive team members to obtain official certifications from Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
Establish and maintain an internal knowledge base, including platform policies, campaign SOPs, best practices, and case studies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or advertising agency operations.
Experience working with advertising agencies, media platforms, or platform partner/channel teams (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Tencent, ByteDance/Ocean Engine) is highly preferred.
Proven experience in building media agency partnerships or agency qualifications from the ground up is a strong advantage.
