Job Description: We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team and drive our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, with a strong understanding of best practices for content creation, engagement, and digital advertising. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating with external agencies to create ads and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute content calendars, creating engaging posts, stories, and interactive content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with external agencies to create digital advertising campaigns, including PPC (pay-per-click) ads, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to develop strategic ad campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Create visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and videos, to enhance our social media presence and engage our audience.
• Monitor social media trends and industry news, adapting strategies to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, digital advertising campaigns, and website maintenance for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, with a creative eye for design and content.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in men's casual wear is a plus.
