Multimedia Marketing Executive

A Global Marketing Enterprise dealing with a diverse range of eco-friendly, therapeutic care, nutrition care, personal care and family care products and health supplements. We are seeking a versatile and creative Multimedia Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end multimedia content creation—from conceptualization, photography, and videography to editing and digital asset management. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand engagement across our digital platforms, websites, and email campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: Serve as the primary photographer and videographer to capture product features, corporate events, and marketing assets.

• Multimedia Design: Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including videos, animations, graphics, illustrations, and interactive presentations, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines.
  
• Video & Audio Editing: Edit and enhance audio and video content to produce high-quality, engaging deliverables for social media, ads, and internal use.
  
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in designing layouts, maintaining navigation, and uploading content for the company website. Compose and distribute email campaigns, digital ads, and newsletters.
  
• Asset & Resource Management: Establish and maintain an organized marketing database of images, photographs, videos, and marketing collateral. Support the procurement and upkeep of team audiovisual equipment.
  
• Strategy & Collaboration: Storyboard and brainstorm creative ideas with the marketing team to meet business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and digital tools.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Executive, Designer, or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in multimedia design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• Good command of English and Chinese, able to deliver creative content
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
