Online Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Executive

Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Location: Singapore (East)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and operate e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
• Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Manage social media content and online advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platform tools.
• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
