Job Overview: Operations Executive (Merchandiser and operations)

We seek a talented and creative Merchandiser / Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized to maximize sales. You will be responsible for managing inventory, replenishing fast-moving stocks, and highlighting new arrivals to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Design skills will be highly valued as you create attractive and effective displays. This is a hands on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that new stocks are consistently available in stores.
• Monitor and replenish fast-moving stocks to prevent shortages.
• Highlight and display new arrivals to attract customer attention.
• Utilize design skills to create visually appealing and effective in-store displays.
• Collaborate with store managers and other team members to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and in-store displays.
• Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory levels efficiently.
• Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract customers and increase sales

Qualifications:

• Have experience in visual merchandising or design
• Watches anime
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Bonus if able to draw manga characters and loves art
