Partner Solutions Specialist

Our client is a leading multinational Social media company.

Job Responsibilities

• Verification: Work alongside internal operations to manage verification requests from music label partners.
• Allowlisting: Employ internal tools to handle requests from music label partners. User Account Management/Integrity: Address access issues, security breaches, username/profile name alterations, and merge requests reactively.
• CRM: Collaborate across departments to maintain and enhance the CRM database for music industry partners, and develop informative resources on new product features.
• Best Practices Support: Offer occasional assistance in crafting informational materials or bullet points for partner best practices.
• Reporting/Data Analytics: Create on-demand reports using internal dashboards for the MLP team and music label partners.
• Artist/Campaign Tracking: Aid in tracking and disseminating the utilization of music products by artists/labels on social media platforms. Additional tracking may be necessary for broader multi-artist/label campaigns.
• Competition Monitoring: Collect and summarize the most successful marketing campaigns by artists/labels observed on other platforms in APAC.
• Meetings: Participate intermittently in planning and executing meetings pertaining to the aforementioned tasks.
• Payments: Manage the payment status workbook, handle invoices, expedite payments, and oversee change requests in processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 2-year digital music experience
• Data analytics experience
• Firm understanding of social media platforms and interaction with music.
• Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
• Must have a "Solutioning" mindset.
• Should have a good communication skills
