Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta Ads and Google Ads.

If you knowledge for testing creatives, analysing data, finding winning audiences, and scaling profitable campaigns, we love to speak to you.

You'll work closely with our marketing and creative team to grow our online sales and help more parents discover trusted Korean baby essentials.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and daily KPIs
• Test new audiences, creatives, offers and campaign structures
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for growth
• Work with our content team to create high-converting ad creatives
• Improve website conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC)
• Build and optimise retargeting campaigns across Meta and Google
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform changes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing
• Confident analysing ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion data
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Comfortable testing different creative angles and marketing strategies
• Data-driven, proactive and results-oriented
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
