[PERM] Digital Marketer (SEO & AI Platform) – Real Estate investment firm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
• Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimisation, and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO and digital marketing performance, using AI-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead regional initiatives across Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia with localized, culturally relevant strategies
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align initiatives with business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing with measurable results
• Strong understanding of AI applications in digital marketing
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and AI-driven platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis, computer skills, and digital collaboration tools
• Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
