About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, is comfortable using AI and digital marketing tools, and can work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. We will provide guidance, content direction, and SOPs—you'll be responsible for executing the marketing plan, ensuring quality, and keeping everything on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging marketing content based on the monthly or weekly content plan provided.
Use Claude AI to draft and refine marketing copy and ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
Design social media creatives using Canva and edit short-form videos using CapCut.
Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using Buffer, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite/Content Planner.
Submit all content for approval before scheduling and publishing.
Conduct weekly competitor research and present insights on:Competitors' latest campaignsSocial media trendsContent ideasOpportunities for improvement
Perform basic research on competitors, industries, and market trends.
Ensure all scheduled content is published accurately and on time.
Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Good command of written English with an eye for detail to liaise effectively with native English-speaking clients..
Able to review AI-generated content critically and ensure it is accurate, logical, and suitable for publishing.
Creative mindset with a basic understanding of social media content creation.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma.
