Personal Assistant cum Telemarketer

• Detail-oriented
• Microsoft office proficient
• Telemarketing experience
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
• Minimum A-levels/Polytechnic Diploma
• No Private Diploma, except from SIM

Daily job scopes would include:

• Basic administrative work (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Servicing and follow-up on client’s requests
• Replying to customer queries
• Telemarketing & servicing calls
• Customer relations management

On job training will be provided!
