Job Description:
1. Work with team members to identify issues, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot devices.
2. Perform onsite maintenance for switches and servers.
3. Assist with onsite project implementation, including installation, cabling, configuration, and testing.
4. Coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve technical and implementation issues.
5. Prepare required documentation such as configuration scripts and acceptance reports.
6. Provide regular reports (daily to quarterly) or as required by customers.
7. Handle warehouse operations, including parts movement and inventory management.
8. Conduct stock checks and support parts delivery to data centres.
9. Adapt to additional responsibilities based on business needs.
10. Ensure all tickets are resolved within SLA requirements.
11. Support regional coordination and pre-sales activities, including documentation.
12. Assist in customer communication by preparing materials and identifying technical needs.
13. Develop and standardize pre-sales solution proposals.
