Product Manager (Games up to $6,500 Monetization, ASO, Live-ops)

• Strategize and oversee mobile game projects from concept to live operations.
• Lead diverse teams to deliver immersive and financially successful gaming experiences.
• Enhance game visibility and engagement through community management and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the game development lifecycle, ensuring milestones and product goals are met.
• Design and supervise the UX/UI process, enhancing player interaction and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement monetization strategies that balance profit with user experience.
• Conduct rigorous QA testing and manage customer support to uphold game quality.
• Optimize game visibility through effective ASO strategies on major app platforms.
• Lead community management and live operations to maintain and grow player base.
• Forge partnerships and collaborations to boost game branding and reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in product management for mobile games, including expertise in monetization, data analytics, and live-ops.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in market research and data analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and project management abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Desirable: Experience with UX/UI design, familiarity with game engines (UE, Unity, Godot), and a background in game design focusing on player psychology.
