Job Summary

Manage multiple brands and marketing initiatives to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals, drive product launches, and support sales growth in a global construction materials company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance multiple brands and increase market presence
• Contribute to business strategy by identifying new product and market development opportunities
• Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive growth
• Coordinate product packaging development, ensuring compliance with artwork, labeling, and regulatory requirements
• Plan, produce, and manage marketing collateral such as product specifications, catalogues, flyers, and packaging materials
• Support social media planning by organizing product launches and campaign calendars to maximize engagement
• Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels and geographic markets
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing decisions
• Assist in managing the full product lifecycle from planning through post-launch evaluation to optimize product performance
• Support product updates, enhancements, and phase-out activities to maintain product relevance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation and specifications for internal and external use
• Lead product launches and promotional campaigns across digital and offline platforms to increase brand awareness
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities including product training workshops, open house events, and networking sessions
• Support website, CRM, and database management to enhance customer engagement and data accuracy
• Collaborate with SEO vendors to improve online content visibility and search performance
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize marketing results and ROI
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support the sales team in competitive positioning
• Develop sales tools such as presentations, competitor analyses, and tracking systems to aid sales effectiveness
• Maintain multimedia libraries of digital and physical marketing assets for easy access and use
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies
• Support internal and external communications and publications to maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with regional (SEA) and group marketing teams to align marketing efforts and share best practices
• Assist in marketing and budget planning to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned by management
