Programme Coordinator (Museums)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual with experience in programme administration, stakeholder coordination, and operational support to manage education programmes and ensure their smooth delivery.

• Location: Central East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour
• Work Type: 12-Month Contract
• Salary: Up to $ 3,300 per month

What you will be working on?

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of education programmes, including managing school registrations, responding to stakeholder and visitor enquiries, and preparing event and incident reports.
• Coordinate programme scheduling, school bookings, and publication timelines ahead of each academic year.
• Support the development of programme activities and coordinate the procurement of educational resources and materials.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme operations, logistics, and day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain programme records and data to support planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collect and consolidate programme feedback, prepare reports for programme reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake other programme- and gallery-related duties and projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline with exposure in the art and culture industry, especially in museums and galleries.
• Efficient, organised, highly motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fashion, art, design, and history; sensitivity to historical artefacts
