About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery for one of the agency's most complex and commercially significant retained accounts.

Sitting at the intersection of CRM strategy, MarTech implementation, and creative production, you will translate strategic intent into disciplined execution — keeping cross-functional teams aligned, timelines moving, and client stakeholders confident across six SEAO markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall programme plan across CRM, Data & Reporting, Creative Production, and MarTech Operations, including timelines, project tracking, weekly status updates, and Steerco reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client teams and regional stakeholders, translating briefs into clear delivery plans and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate across CRM, Creative, Strategy, and Reporting teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery from briefing to activation.
  • Monitor team capacity and coordinate creative resources, including designers, copywriters, and HTML developers.
  • Track programme budget (~USD 4.5M Y1), support scope changes, forecasting, and monthly programme reporting.
  • Manage risks and issues, drive campaign reviews, and ensure compliance with brand governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of programme/project management experience within a digital agency, CRM agency, or MarTech consultancy.
  • Experience managing multi-market accounts across APAC.
  • Strong understanding of CRM marketing, including:Customer journeysSegmentationTrigger-based communicationsCampaign workflows
  • Experience with MarTech platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar.
  • Experience managing creative production teams.
  • Experience managing budgets of USD 1M+.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence presenting to senior clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
