Project Manager - Media (Public Agency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented project management professional with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills to support media projects, performance measurement, and industry engagement within Singapore's Public Service Media ecosystem.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $5,500/month

Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end management of Public Service Media (PSM) projects, including proposal evaluations, project implementation, progress tracking, and deliverables monitoring.
• Prepare submission papers, project updates, and documentation for approvals and stakeholder reporting.
• Review and analyse the performance of PSM-funded content across TV, radio, digital, and social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations.
• Conduct audience research and analyse survey findings, digital analytics, and media performance data to support content strategies and measurement initiatives.
• Support the procurement, implementation, and management of media measurement tools and project evaluation activities.
• Manage public and industry enquiries, feedback, and complaints relating to PSM projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, industry engagements, events, and stakeholder communications, including preparing briefing materials and post-event follow-up.
• Support the development of communication plans, publicity materials, and other administrative duties to ensure the successful delivery of PSM programmes.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in project management or a similar capacity would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distil and interpret data from multiple sources such as surveys, audience analytics, and industry reports
• Interest in or knowledge of the media landscape, including broadcast, digital, and social media platforms, would be a plus
