RECEPTIONIST CUM MARKETING ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Monitor logbook)
• Determine visitor needs in a professional manner
• Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate
• Be aware of and report suspicious activity
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
• Respond professionally to visitors and callers
• Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Maintain television graphics for visitor information and/or company events
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages from various departments for pick-up or courier

Marketing Assistant

• Introduce promotional offers
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness on social media platforms
• Film photo or videos contents
• ⁠Capture behind-the-scenes content, client experiences
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align visuals with brand goals
• Research latest industry trends for video content purposes

Requirements & Skills:

• Fresh Entry, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Requires to work in the evenings/weekends for Events/Roadshows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Google Business Manager
• Training will be provided
