Lead the non-food category across APAC by translating the global brand and category strategy into a localized sub-category strategy and three-year innovation roadmap.
Drive the end-to-end realization of business cases by leveraging deep consumer insights, market trends, and competitive and retailer intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Own the development of compelling product and service value propositions, while ensuring a strong and balanced portfolio pipeline.
Ensure NPI’s are delivered on time, on cost, on quality to APAC markets.
Work closely with the central marketing team to brief design on foundational toolkits and develop needs-based marketing assets that enable consistent and effective execution across regional markets.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in product marketing
Knowledge in proposition development, consumer insights development, commercial acumen to manage regional business case
