Regional Marketing Manager (Optical/ Lens) #HZO

Salary: Up to $8K (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Support business development activities across Asian markets through close collaboration with appointed distributors
• Distributor planning and pre-bid meetings
• Exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and regional events
• Support development and execution of distributor sales & marketing plans in line with regional strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor distributor activities, pipeline progress, and market coverage; provide guidance to improve sales execution
• Support distributor capability building (product knowledge, positioning, value-based selling, opportunity management)
• Support distributor evaluation, selection, onboarding, and performance reviews where required
• Support resolution of business and coordination issues between distributors
• Support regional sales and marketing strategy planning in collaboration with APAC and global teams
• Consolidate market feedback, competitive intelligence, and business insights to support management decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional activities (sales, marketing, training, finance, service) for Asia-related initiatives
• Prepare structured reports, analyses, and presentations for internal management and headquarters
• Plan work schedules and maintain weekly/monthly activity reporting
• Act as a business-oriented product expert for distributors (not a service engineer)
• Support basic technical and application-related inquiries
• Organize and support distributor and customer product training sessions

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, business, marketing or any relevant field
• Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience preferably with optical/ lenes
• Experience engaging hospitals,. clinics and medical practices with channel enablement
• Comfortable travelling across asia
