💼 Job Scope
• Drive product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market activities across Asia
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking
• Provide technical and application support for advanced microscopy systems
• Support customer demos, workshops, conferences, and pre-sales activities
• Deliver product training to internal teams and distributors
• Work closely with HQ, sales, service, and regional stakeholders

✅ Requirements
• Minimum Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical/scientific experience
• Experience with optical microscopy systems such as Confocal, TIRF, or Super-Resolution preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a regional role
