Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative drone solutions for facade inspection, facade cleaning and industrial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Promote the company's drone services to building owners, property management companies, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Follow up on enquiries and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the company's CRM or reporting system.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of sales or business development experience. Experience in construction, building maintenance, facilities management, engineering, or industrial services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,000 – S$3,500 (commensurate with experience)
