Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing new customer opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and assist in creating marketing content.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits and events.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

• GCE O-Level, A-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve results.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with social media marketing is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred but not mandatory).
