Sales and Marketing Executive (Excluding Food & Beverage Services)

Job Scope:

• Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively market the company services
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products
• Respond to customers’ inquiries through phone call, Whatsapp, emails, chatbot, and other platform
• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website content
• Reporting to management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Communicate and understand customer’s need and provide them with the right solutions
• Prepare and send quotation to customer and follow up and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with internal team and clearly clarify customer’s need and has a proper arrangement and schedule to deliver excellent customer services
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry best practices
• Monitoring and follow up payment record of customer to secure timely payment

Job Requirement:

• At least diploma in marketing, business management, or a related field
• At least 3 years sales working experiences
• Proficiency in marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges
• Attend to emergency call and able to work during public holiday or beyond office hours
• Willing for travel for client meetings, conferences, or events
• Willing to travel islandwide with own transportation arrangement
• 6 working days per week
• Required to work on Saturday and Sunday and rest day will fall on weekday
