We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales &Marketing Manager to drive business growth, strengthen our market presence, and develop long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, increasing sales revenue, managing marketing initiatives, and expanding the company's travel portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our travel products, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
This role requires an individual who is proactive, commercially driven, highly organised, and passionate about the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, leisure customers, schools, organisations, associations, and travel partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
- Conduct sales meetings, networking activities, and client visits.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Generate repeat business through excellent customer relationship management.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and digital presence.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with airline partners, hotels, cruise companies, tourism boards, and suppliers.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, EDMs, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate participation in travel fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Product Development
- Develop attractive travel packages and promotional offers.
- Source competitive rates from suppliers and tourism partners.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, DMCs, cruise operators, transport providers, and travel wholesalers.
- Assist in creating seasonal travel campaigns and destination promotions.
Customer Service & Account Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the travel journey.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain strong after-sales support to encourage repeat business.
- Build long-term client loyalty through personalised service.
Partnerships & Industry Relations
- Develop strategic relationships with:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Tourism Boards
- Cruise Operators
- Travel Suppliers
- Corporate Clients
- Government Agencies
- Educational Institutions
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
- Explore partnership opportunities that enhance the company's product offerings.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer databases.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support management with market research and competitor analysis.

Education

Working Hours
