Job Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming enquiries and incoming calls.
· Generate quotations and sales order conversion.
· Follow-up through the quotations and closing deals.
· Communicate with others involved in the process (operations and billing staff) to ensure customer needs are met.
· Maintain customer confidentiality.
· To cold-call actively and promote our testing services to the relevant industries.
· To follow-up on enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
· To meet sales target set by the department.
· To conduct marketing & sales activities for respective department.
· Follow all company procedures and protocols.
· Other duties as assigned in support of company objectives.
Requirements:
· Can work independently as well as in a team.
· Strong data entry skills and interest in learning new applications.
· High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Customer service is focused on and capable of effectively resolving complaints.
· Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and experience in similar roles is an asset.
· Strong command in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service/ sales/ marketing.
