About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly self-motivated Sales Development Representative to help us build our global sales pipeline.
This is a true outbound sales role.
You will be expected to independently identify target companies, find the right decision-makers, create prospect lists, start conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the sales team.
You should be comfortable building your own pipeline rather than waiting for inbound leads or receiving a fixed list of prospects.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, commercially minded, and interested in AI, real estate, and technology.
What You’ll Do
* Independently research and identify potential customers in our target markets.
* Build prospect lists of real estate developers, investment firms, landowners, government development agencies, architects, planners, and capital partners.
* Identify relevant decision-makers, including founders, development directors, acquisition teams, investment managers, innovation leaders, and senior executives.
* Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outbound channels.
* Create personalized outreach messages based on each company’s projects, markets, and development priorities.
* Explain how UNLOCKLAND helps customers find better development opportunities and convert land into complete, comparable development deals.
* Qualify prospects based on their development pipeline, project type, geography, business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
* Book qualified product demonstrations and sales meetings.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain momentum throughout the outreach process.
* Keep lead information, communications, and sales activities accurately updated in the CRM.
* Work with the founder and sales team to improve targeting, messaging, sales scripts, and outbound campaigns.
* Test new prospecting strategies, customer segments, and geographic markets.
* Use AI, CRM, data enrichment, and sales automation tools to improve productivity.

What We’re Looking For
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Confidence communicating with founders, executives, developers, investors, and senior decision-makers.
* Ability to independently find companies, contacts, and sales opportunities.
* Strong online research and prospecting skills.
* Clear, professional, and persuasive communication.
* Comfortable with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and phone-based prospecting.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working toward weekly and monthly targets.
* Willingness to learn about real estate development, planning, zoning, investment, and AI.
* Ability to understand a complex product and explain it in a simple and commercially relevant way.
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, personalization, and productivity.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, appointment setter, outbound sales representative, or business development associate.
* Experience selling SaaS, AI, PropTech, construction technology, real estate services, or professional services.
* Experience working with real estate developers, investors, architects, planners, or government organizations.
* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
* Existing professional relationships within real estate development or investment.
* Additional language skills relevant to our markets.
* Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage but not required.
