Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
*Qualify new business prospects to expand market opportunities
*Conduct sales visits to potential customers and follow up to advance sales discussions
*Search for and respond to private and public tender invitations to secure new contracts
*Execute full sales cycle activities including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing orders, and collecting payments
*Provide pre-sales technical assistance and detailed product specifications to support customer decision-making
*Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
*Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
*Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
*Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
*Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
*Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
*Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
