RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new sales opportunities while managing existing client relationships to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets. The role serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored venue solutions that deliver value and exceptional customer experiences.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Event Management Services, and Operations, the Sales Manager oversees the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development through contract negotiation, event execution, and post-event follow-up—to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
The role is primarily focused on account servicing, with approximately 70% of responsibilities dedicated to managing and growing existing client accounts, and 30% focused on securing new business opportunities.
