Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)

• Position : Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)
• Location : Tuas
• Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM, Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow international freight forwarding business across FCL, LCL, air and road freight.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with BCOs, shippers, importers, exporters and key freight decision-makers.
• Generate leads, conduct sales visits, prepare tailored proposals and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term account growth and retention.
• Provide customised logistics solutions, including customs clearance, warehousing and value-added services.
• Manage key accounts, resolve customer issues and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to recommend trade lane, pricing and service improvements.
• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• Prior related experience in freight forwarding industry
• Possess own vehicle
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
