Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Comms Assistant reports to the Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to assist the full spectrum of marketing functions. You will take on the challenge of establishing marketing objectives, as well as formulating and implementing effective marketing plans for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develops marketing literature and marketing collaterals.
Analyses market activities and establishes market trends.
Implements and manages promotional campaigns.
Ensures promotions and campaigns are in compliance with company’s legal requirements.
Maintains customer database and generates meaningful consumption trends and information.
Liaises with designers and vendors on the production and print of promotional displays and creative artworks.
Manage, analyze and monitor all social media accounts and track ROI of marketing campaigns
Produce copywriting and working with graphic designer for production of marketing collaterals and digital assets such as eDMs.
Conceptualize advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives and activities in line with business plans and brand strategies
Coordinate and plan photoshoots and filming for content use.
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to communicate and launch marketing campaigns, local store promotions, menu updates and events.
Prepare management reports on performance of all marketing initiatives and promotions.
Assist above-the-line and below-the-line communications.
Any ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Educational and Work experience
Minimum Diploma (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communication with minimum 2 years working experience in related field, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
Data analytical skills
Adobe Photoshop experience will be an added advantage
Expected Areas of Competence
Strong in digital and social media platform would be preferred.
Able to multitask and detail oriented.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Excellent English and Chinese language skills (spoken and written) (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
