Job description:
1.Responsible for the operation, effect analysis, and optimization of SEM (such as Baidu, 360, Sogou, Shenma) and other channel placements.
2. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising placements in real-time, adjust advertising strategies based on data, optimize promotion costs, and maximize the effectiveness of placements.
3. Responsible for working with the creative team to define material needs for various products and markets, creating content, tracking and optimizing material performance, and regularly reviewing results.
4. Regularly conduct comprehensive analysis and summaries of the effectiveness across various channels. Evaluate and optimize advertising placements based on data analysis results, guiding product promotion strategies with a data-driven approach.
5. Monthly KPI bonus
Job requirement:
1.Experience with SEM and other channel accounts, understanding promotion principles in each channel. Candidates with over one year of experience are preferred.
2.Sensitized to data and possesses a certain level of data analysis ability.
3. Strong inductive, thinking, and logical abilities, capable of deriving practical methodologies from work experiences
