Senior Account Manager

We are JUO Studios: a creative shop that specialises in post-production, social media management and

IP development and we're looking for account managers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of media industry specifically digital media & marketing
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with producers / internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and ROI.
• Participate in prospecting and business development activities to attract new clients
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Monitor account budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma / BA/BS in related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
