Senior Advisor, Channel Marketing 

Channel Marketing is, quite simply, at the heart of the global success of Dell Technologies. It’s a huge and far-reaching area – planning, developing and implementing programs for distributors, resellers, international promotions and marketing. Our expertise is integral to enhancing Dell’s presence at partner’s point of sales and increasing the rate of recommendation to customers. We’re also at the heart of customer and market insight, supporting Sales and Merchandising teams with recommendations about the latest trends and how best to reach the customer. And that’s not all – we’re instrumental in everything from sales forecasting to return on investment analysis. 

What you’ll achieve: 

As a Senior Advisor, you will conduct analysis on partner performance and support campaign planning and execution. You will prepare briefs, dashboards, and insights that improve decisions. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to keep work on track.

You will: 

  • Build and own co-marketing relationships with Dell Technologies' key channel partners, distributors, and SNS partners in Singapore — driving joint GTM plans that generate measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Manage and optimise MDF investment across your partner portfolio, ensuring funds are deployed against the highest-impact demand generation activities and delivered in full compliance with Dell's program governance standards
  • Execute best-in-class integrated channel marketing programs — from partner events and digital campaigns to SPIFFs and training activations — that increase partner engagement, reach, and sell-through of Dell Technologies solutions
  • Act as the connective tissue between the channel partner community and Dell's internal sales and marketing teams, ensuring commercial priorities are reflected in partner marketing plans and that the channel is a consistent contributor to regional revenue
  • Deliver regular, insight-driven performance reporting to sales and marketing leadership that tracks MDF ROI, program effectiveness, and partner activity — using data to continuously improve channel marketing investment and outcomes

Essential Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing within the technology industry
  • Proven hands-on experience managing MDF programs — including planning, pre-approvals, activity execution, and proof-of-execution (POE) — with channel partners, distributors, or resellers
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner ecosystem dynamics, including VARs, distributors, and SNS/system integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong external partner relationships and internal cross-functional stakeholder relationships, driving alignment and outcomes across both
  • Commercially minded with experience connecting marketing program activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI metrics

Desirable Requirements 

  • Experience working within a large, matrixed global technology organisation, collaborating across regional and global marketing teams to localise and execute programs
  • Familiarity with Dell Technologies' partner program frameworks, incentive structures, or the Dell Technologies Incentives Center — or equivalent vendor partner marketing platforms
