Overall Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all aspects of marketing and design for four countries (specify countries).
• Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all four markets.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (events, branding initiatives, etc.).
• Develop and maintain master design templates for various digital platforms (website, ads, social media).
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and design materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing and design goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and design trends.

II. Marketing Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for each target country.
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
• Set marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and manage brand awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and vendors.
• Create compelling marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, email marketing content).
• Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.

III. Design Responsibilities:

• Master Templates:
• Develop and maintain master design templates for websites, ads, social media platforms, and other digital assets.
• Ensure templates are user-friendly and adaptable across different formats.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Design Application:
• Design and develop digital assets (e.g., banners, graphics, presentations) based on marketing campaign needs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment between design and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.

• Support with administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Requirements:
