Job Summary
As the Senior Content Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, management, and execution of diverse markerting activities and campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader business goals and marketing priorities, contributing to the growth and vibrancy of The Palawan @ Sentosa
As the Senior Content Marketing Executive, we rely on you to:
Support the Marketing Manager at The Palawan @ Sentosa in day-to-day marketing activities and campaign executions
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and key campaigns
Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and effective roll-out across platforms
Lead the conceptualisation, creation and optimisation of photo and video content across digital and traditional channels
Craft compelling, insight-driven copy for social media, paid campaigns, website pages and EDMs
Drive content ideation and identify new formats or approaches to enhance engagement and reach
Oversee day-to-day social media management, ensuring consistency in tone, quality and responsiveness
Monitor content performance and campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimise results
Identify trends, audience behaviours and opportunities to strengthen content effectiveness
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop integrated and co-branded content intiatives.
Support and guide influencer and KOL collaborations to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
Lead on-ground content capture and storytelling during key events and activations
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain high standards of content quality and consistency
Work cross-functionally to align content with broader business goals and marketing priorities.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, preferably within lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment or related industries
Possesses copywriting and storytelling skills to create versatile content that resonates with target audiences across platforms
Is proficient in photography, videography, editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar) to produce compelling visual content
Stays informed and has a strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends and performance analytics
Is proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Works well both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Is comfortable working during weekends, peak campaign periods or events when required
