Responsibilities:
Support implementation, rollout, and maintenance of CRM systems across business and regional markets
Maintain CRM SOPs, data integrity, and best practices across all markets
Optimise CRM workflows covering lead acquisition, profiling, segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting
Conduct regular CRM housekeeping including data cleansing and database maintenance
Execute CRM campaigns including EDMs, WhatsApp, event invitations, and post-event follow-ups
Ensure accurate lead capture and follow-up across events, walk-ins, and digital campaigns
Support VIP engagement, customer gifting, and personalised client communications
Generate monthly CRM reports and dashboards tracking campaign performance and database growth
Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to management
Execute digital campaigns across Meta and programmatic platforms
Support website updates, landing pages, and digital asset coordination
Coordinate with agencies for timely campaign execution and track digital performance metrics
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM and digital marketing
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
A dynamic team player with a creative mindset and proficiency in customer engagement strategies
