Senior Digital Marketing Executive

• Social media & Content: creative Ideation and agency coordination, engage with the company's social media community, and respond to queries and comments.

• Prepare and collate monthly websites and social media performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• AI & Process Optimization: Explore and apply AI tools to improve content creation, streamline workflows, and enhance digital marketing efficiency.

• Support digital solution projects by generating the right B2B content, providing operational support and setup, and monitoring online communications.

• Digital Content Creation: Develop high-quality materials including e-brochures, e-catalogs, presentations (internal and external), mobile applications, and content for the website and online platforms.

• Support Website Maintenance and as main contact point for website-related issues from country teams: Troubleshoot basic issues (e.g., content display errors, upload issues) escalate technical issues to developers to ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines across different country sites.

• Evaluate user experience (UX) and propose solutions for website experience improvements.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned as deemed appropriate.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and website management.

• Experience managing social media platforms and engaging with customers.

• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other website analytics tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Digital content creator (in business), platform or automotive experience

• Strong business logic (In terms of how international brands work across regions)

• Prior experience in the automotive industry or have worked for app or system solution companies
