Senior Executive

1)  The incumbent’s main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Sales and Marketing of PP resin worldwide
• To setup credit line, review and analyze the financial status of customers and manage credit control in accordance with our company’s requirements
• Coordinating with oversea offices for existing and potential customers of expanding sales
• Build strong relationships with suppliers
• Planning & strategizing with suppliers to achieve the company’s short-term &long-term goal
• Monthly or weekly pricing from suppliers to customers / distributors
• Half yearly reviews on sales budget set with suppliers / distributors
• Prepare monthly sales result / report or as and when required
• Establish strong relationships with customers and create synergy and maximize business opportunities with them
• Support sales presentations to customers
• Managing and coordinating customer support activities, allowed by the principal, for the assigned customer base and to manage assigned personnel to maximize profit, growth and industry awareness within the boundaries set in the product marketing strategies / objectives
• Maintain regulatory compliance of activities in assigned areas
• Support principal in realizing the sales budget for the assigned customers according to the fixed price list provided by the principal
• Manage outstanding invoices / customers’ complaint owner
• Provide market intelligence and share within the team
• Manage end user relations by coordinating agent activities, technical services, marketing, and distribution in area
• Support team building to improve team work efficiency
• A team player

2)  Must be prepared to travel frequently on business trips worldwide including Middle East. Entertainment with guests and business associates in the evening is sometimes required.

(C)  Requirements

1)    Bachelor’s Degree holder in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines

2)    Master’s Degree holder are preferred

3)    Experience in trading activities of Polymer are preferred.

4)    Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint ( High Presentation level is required ).

5)    Knowledge of Polymer would be preferred.

6)    Proficiency in spoken & written Japanese and English to communicate with our diverse base of customer & manufacturers.

7) Knowledge of chemical-related regulations would be preferred
