Job Responsibility:
· Support superior in managing day-to-day operatingexpenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
· To develop revenue growth in existing clients throughan intimate understanding of the client’s business and the company’s productofferings
· To perform basic sales data analysis for domesticretailers and GT markets.
· Route-to-Market Strategy (RTM) and visiting keyaccounts outlets for space buy and negotiations and in-store promotionplanning.
· Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes.Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship managementdatabases
· Execute continuous improvement activities to enhancesales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and follow uppayments from customers.
· Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow upon customer issues
· Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform currentand prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensuretimely delivery of products.
· Builds strong customer relationship with buyers andretailers.
· To monitor closely on the monthly sell in and sell outsales and with the planned activities
· To manage stocks inventory holding at the trade anddistributor level.
· Maximize product availability & distribution andminimizing OOS in trade and market returns from retailers.
· Monitoring of daily sales, collections and tradereturns report. To win in distribution with optimal coverage, in productdisplay with prominent brand presence, in stock hygiene with first-in-first-outmerchandising without any out-of-stock situation and in pricing which reflectcompany’s pricing guidelines (regular& promo pricing).
· To ensure trade promotions mechanics and agreed tradingterms (display, pricing, stocks level, POSM) are executed accordingly, as perTrade Promo Master Plan & agreements with key customers.
· To ensure all executions are carried out within setROI.
· Regular on ground trade visits.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
· Manage BTL Trade expenses and monthly sales review withsuperior.
Key Requirement:
· Possess at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience inthe FMCG industry, preferably in handling domestic FMCG/Travel Retail/KeyAccounts. Ability to work in Modern Trade/ General Trade/Wholesale FMCGchannels will be added advantage.
· Highly organized and meticulous with strongpresentation and negotiation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Outlook.
· Possess good communication and written skills inEnglish. Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and businessassociates will be an advantage due to business communication requirements.
· Independent & team player with good interpersonal& communication skills
· Ability to communicate with co-workers at all levels.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meetdeadlines.
· Possess own transport with class 3 license and able totravel within Singapore.
