Senior Leasing Executive/ Assistant Leasing Manager (Shopping Mall/ Town)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support long-termleasing partnerships and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee leasing matters for assigned retail mall spaces.
• Handle lease negotiations, renewals, expiries, documentation and relatedfollow-ups.
• Review tenant performance and provide recommendations to supportlong-term tenancy plans.
• Identify and propose suitable new brands and retail concepts for themall.
• Support the planning of tenant mix strategies to maximise occupancy andrental returns.
• Prepare leasing reports, updates and other relevant documentation formanagement review.
• Assist in operational matters and guide junior team members when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2years of experience in a retail leasing role.
• Sound knowledge of leasing processes, retail property operations, and tenancy laws.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple leasing activities independently.
