Senior Marketing & Communications Executive (12 Months)

Our client is a Manufacturing Services provider. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Marketing & Communications Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central (Bishan)- easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Senior Marketing & Communications Executive:

• Partner Marketing Support: Coordinate and execute joint marketing initiatives with regional partners, including distribution of press releases, product launch materials, and sales enablement assets.
• Event Coordination: Manage end-to-end planning and execution of regional marketing events such as trade shows, co-branded seminars, webinars, and technical days. This includes vendor sourcing, sponsorship invoicing, payment tracking, and onsite event support.
• Digital Outreach: Execute regional communications including product announcements, newsletters, and event invitations using email marketing platforms (e.g. Optimizely).
• CRM & Reporting: Act as regional CRM administrator to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain and update Power BI dashboards covering pipeline, forecasts, and order tracking.
• Budget Monitoring: Track regional marketing expenditures against approved budgets to ensure compliance and accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant B2B marketing or marketing operations experience
