What You’ll Do:
Brand Building & Campaign Management
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Elevate the company’s image and voice across digital and offline platforms.
Content Creation
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging and relevant content.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
Use data and customer insights to refine future marketing strategies and initiatives.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and technologies to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to continuously enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years in marketing with hands-on experience planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns.
A creative thinker who loves developing fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
You’re detail-oriented — you care about getting things right, not just getting them done.
Ability to set campaign goals, measure outcomes, and draw insights for improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
Comfortable working with KPIs such as clicks, leads, and conversions.
Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
Knowledge in design tools like Canva or prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous.
Bonus points if you can create objective-driven short-form video content on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other platforms.
