Job Description:
• Actively plan & implement initiatives to grow market share/category and increase brand awareness
• Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products & distribution to improve profitability & sales
• Implement & track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team & strategic stakeholders
• Oversee marketing campaigns for company branding and generate media coverage
• Monitor the company’s marketing budget
• Establish & maintain good working relationship with business associates, advertising agencies, media and suppliers
• Generation of regular reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity
• Managing all marketing activities for the company
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• To take on ad hoc project and other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
• Excellent in graphic design and social media marketing knowledge will be advantages
• Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience (Good organizational skills and an eye for details)
• Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Self disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multi task and strive well under pressure
• Strong customer focus and ability to handle consumer feedbacks & complaints
• Cheerful and pleasant personality
• Possess good interpersonal and communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team
• Candidate with more than 5 years working experience
