Senior Marketing Executive International Market FMCG

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Executive plays a critical role within the International Marketing team, he/she is responsible for driving brand growth and marketing execution within assigned international markets while supporting the development of global brand assets, guidelines and innovation initiatives to strengthen brand consistency and long-term equity across markets.

This position works closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, IRD, HQ functions and external agencies to ensure effective execution while maintaining alignment with global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing Management

• Act as the key marketing partner for assigned international markets to regional sales teams.
• Partner with sales team to develop marketing plans and launch calendars for assigned markets.
• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Drive execution of consumer activations and trade events.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Support innovation projects from concept development to launch.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, packaging, regulatory, and supply chain teams throughout development processes.

Global Brand Development

• Support the development and management of global brand assets and communication platforms.
• Support the development and maintenance of global brand guidelines and brand identity systems.
• Create and manage marketing toolkits, campaign assets, social media platform.
• Champion brand governance and approval processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective alignment and execution of business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, distributors, and external agencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different markets and cultures.
