Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Assistant Manager

Work Location: Marina One - The Heart

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Marketing & Branding:

• Oversee planning and production of marketing materials.

• Plan, promote, and execute community events and local marketing initiatives.

• Research and implement new local marketing methods and follow trends.

• Analyze competitors' marketing initiatives to identify improvement areas.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and collaborations.

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns using brand partnerships.

• Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing materials.

Events:

• Plan and execute marketing events.

• Coordinate all event logistics, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.

Reporting & Others:

• Evaluate marketing efforts through analysis of key metrics.

• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize ROI.

• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management with insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and overseas teams to align marketing strategies.

• Build relationships with suppliers, event organizers, and media contacts.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Management.

• Candidates without the above qualification but with related working experience are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to think out of the box with effective problem-solving skills.

• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to deliver positive results in a team working environment with a diverse group of cross functional teams and external parties.

• Independent, initiative, organise with positive working attitudes.

• Comfortable with animals.
