This role is pivotal in driving the success of regional promotional campaigns by seamlessly bridging strategy, daily operations, and performance analysis. Beyond executing campaigns, you will evaluate effectiveness, uncover growth opportunities, optimize operational workflows, and pitch innovative concepts to boost client acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Campaign Execution & Operations: Manage the end-to-end setup, testing, configuration, and tracking logic of campaigns within CRM platforms; validate segmentation rules, reward eligibility, and resolve live operational issues.
Stakeholder & Project Management: Act as the central connector between cross-functional teams; draft comprehensive campaign guidelines, FAQs, and SOPs, and lead internal briefings to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign ROI and effectiveness using core metrics (e.g., participation rates, FTD conversion, deposit/volume growth, retention); deliver post-campaign insights and actionable strategic recommendations.
Strategy, Innovation & Benchmarking: Research and benchmark competitor campaigns across fintech, trading, and crypto sectors; analyze market trends to pitch creative localized promotional strategies that drive user activity.
Process Optimization & Automation: Partner with Product and Technology teams to enhance campaign tools, automate manual tasks, build scalable workflows, and maintain the internal knowledge repository.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Campaign Management, CRM/Retention Marketing, Loyalty Programs, or Promotion Marketing.
Industry Background: Experience within FinTech, Forex, CFD, Crypto, Gaming, E-commerce, or related fast-paced digital sectors is highly preferred.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities; hands-on experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Execution Mastery: Solid grasp of promotional mechanics, trigger logic, customer engagement strategies, and performance reporting.
Agility & Communication: Exceptional organizational skills with a tracking record of managing multiple concurrent projects and communicating effectively across diverse, multi-regional teams.
