Studio ReelJoy is a creative content studio for property agents, specialising in branding, content strategy, and content production that turns listings, stories, and personalities into engaging short-form content that builds trust and drives visibility.

We create educational, lifestyle, and trending social videos, property and home listing features, and personal brand storytelling designed to grow agents’ presence and build trust online.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved in the full creative process from ideation and filming to editing and delivery, creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Film property tours, educational, lifestyle, and social-first content
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and production equipment confidently
• Edit engaging videos with strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, captions, music, sound design, and motion graphics
• Apply colour grading, typography, and visual storytelling to improve clarity, retention, and engagement
• Organise and manage raw footage, project files, and final assets efficiently
• Deliver revisions promptly and adapt quickly to feedback
• Travel across Singapore for on-location shoots

Bonus Skills

• Familiar with AI tools and workflows that improve creative efficiency and production quality

Who We’re Looking For

• Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends, pacing, and storytelling
• Strong knowledge of retention-driven editing, hooks, and social-first content formats
• Strong eye for visual composition, editing rhythm, pacing, and audience engagement
• Creative, energetic, and proactive with fresh ideas for shoots and edits
• Comfortable directing clients naturally on camera
• Enjoy fast-paced creative environments and collaborative work
• Passionate about creating scroll-stopping content that performs online
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in video production, content creation, or social media content
• Experience creating short-form, social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating filming and editing capabilities
• Familiar with modern marketing, storytelling, and direct-response content
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI video/image generators, and Higgsfield
