Signage Fabrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily signage fabrication works and production activities

* Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion

* Ensure fabrication quality meets company and client requirements

* Manage and guide fabrication workers, welders, installers, and subcontractors

* Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings

* Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams

* Monitor and procure material usage and report shortages when necessary

* Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of machinery and tools

* Conduct quality checks before delivery or installation

* Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations

* Assist in troubleshooting fabrication or production issues

* Monitor project progress and provide updates to management

* Ensure all works are completed according to deadlines and specifications

Job Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of experience in signage fabrication or related industry

* Experience supervising fabrication or production workers

* Knowledge of signage materials such as acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, LED, lightbox, and vinyl

* Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication drawings

* Familiar with fabrication machinery and workshop operations

* Good communication and coordination skills (English)

* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Basic problem-solving and leadership skills

* Possess a responsible and positive working attitude

* Knowledge of workplace safety practices is preferred

* Preferred Skills

* Experience in large format signage production

* Welding or electrical knowledge is an advantage

* Experience coordinating site installation works

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)

* Working Conditions

* Able to work overtime when required

* Able to work in workshop and site environments

* Physically fit for handling signage production activities
