Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Community Associate to manage the brand’s online presence and WhatsApp communities while supporting retail operations. You will play a key role in content creation, customer engagement, and driving sales through both digital and in-store channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create engaging short-form content including photos and videos showcasing retail products.
• Stay updated on trends to keep content relevant and engaging in the local market.

WhatsApp Community & Engagement

• Manage and grow WhatsApp broadcast groups and customer communities.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries with product recommendations and stock updates.
• Promote exclusive drops, flash deals, and promotions to drive sales.

Retail & Customer Support

• Support retail operations during peak periods and special events.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and content strategy.
• Ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer experience.

Requirements

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar editing tools), and WhatsApp Business.
• Comfortable engaging with customers both online and face-to-face.
